The terms for using this website.
Last updated 1 October 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. They cover the website and The Custard, our AI briefing assistant. Any project we do together is covered by its own written agreement.
Who we are
This website is run by Creative Service Limited, trading as Creative. Service., registered in England and Wales under company number 05990917, registered office 48 Whitehead Way, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP21 8LR, VAT number 345 3458 92. You can reach us at nicktsolkas@creativeservice.info.
The Custard is an AI tool
The Custard uses artificial intelligence to ask questions and help shape a brief. It's a tool, and like any AI it can misunderstand you, miss things or be confidently wrong. You're welcome to use it, but you use it at your own risk and you decide what to do with what it says.
- Its answers are a starting point for a conversation, not professional, legal, financial, technical or any other expert advice.
- Please do your own research and check anything that matters before you rely on it or act on it.
- You're responsible for what you ask it, what you share with it and how you use its answers.
- It only knows what you tell it and what it has learned in general. It doesn't know your business, your market or your legal position.
The Custard never gives prices, and nothing it says is a quote, an offer, a promise about dates or results, or an agreement. Sending a brief is an enquiry: it doesn't commit you or us to anything. Prices, scope and timings are only agreed in writing with a member of our team, and that's the point where our human judgement and responsibility come in.
What you share
You keep ownership of everything you share with us, including messages, files and links. You give us permission to use it to understand your enquiry, reply to you and, if you go ahead, plan the work. Please only share material you have the right to share, and don't share anyone else's confidential information unless you're allowed to. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- use The Custard for anything other than creative, marketing, communications or project questions;
- try to get round its instructions, limits or security, or use it to produce harmful, unlawful or misleading material;
- use automated tools to scrape the site or send large numbers of requests;
- upload anything harmful, unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
To keep the service working for everyone, we may limit, pause or block access, and we may change or switch off The Custard at any time.
Our content
The website, its words, design, artwork and The Custard (its name, character and artwork) belong to us or the people we license them from. You're welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our content without asking.
Studio
Studio, our client and team workspace, is only for people we invite. Using Studio, and any project work, is covered by the agreement we make with you.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for how you use The Custard or its answers, for decisions you make or losses you suffer from relying on them, or for the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we aren't responsible for what's on them.
